Berlin Mall is the Canadian retail portfolio arm of the world’s leading investment firm: The Blackstone Group. In 2016, we decided to venture into Canada booming retail market. Today, Berlin Mall boast a portfolio of close to 10 million square feet of Grade A retail space in the country. We take pride in changing the landscape of Canadian retail by acquiring 17 malls spread across 13 cities across the country.
